"Misleading Ads, Poor Product, Terrible Support"
I purchased a tracking device from AlzProducts to assist in keeping tabs on my mother who has Alzheimer's when she steps out, but it turned out the device wasn't appropriate for individuals with Alzheimer's. AlzProducts denied my request for a refund despite me explaining in detail why it was unsuitable and how their marketing was deceptive. The device needs frequent charging, which folks with Alzheimer’s might forget to do (obviously), and even though the ad claims it gives location info from inside a building, it simply doesn’t work that way. Since it was not fit for its intended use, I reached out to AlzProducts for a refund, but they turned me down because I had the device for more than a month. I found that pretty unreasonable given the situation (it took me forever to set it up and test it before handing it over to my mother) and I let them know, but they just wouldn’t budge. Not a reliable company to deal with. I even left a negative review on their site, but it hasn’t shown up, which is also quite frustrating...

"Purchased a few items for my father..."
I picked up a few items for my father...the robocat seems like it could work for some folks dealing with dementia, but I totally get how the mechanical sounds might be a bit much...the lifemax soothing sound dial is fantastic, and I was really pleased until I noticed the ON / OFF button is on the back. My dad would never figure that out...IF ONLY someone had thought to place a nice big RED silent part of Dial choices on the front. Unfortunately, my dad can't use it since he can't actually turn it on. It's surprising because it's such a great product, but you'd think that buying it from ALZ products would mean they understand it's just not right for people living with dementia unless someone is there to help them at bedtime or something.

"Purchased a basic remote for..."
I bought a basic remote for an older gentleman, and after two hours of trying to get it working, I figured out that the channel changing feature was broken (which appears to be a frequent issue). I returned it, and to be fair to the company, they refunded me along with the shipping costs right away.

"Adorable little pug snoozing in her cozy bed, so lifelike"
Awesome company for getting Perfect Petz! From the moment I ordered to when it arrived, everything was smooth sailing. Honestly, I'm thinking about getting another pup soon because my wife was over the moon with the little pug I surprised her with. We even bought a fancy bed for the pug to share with Biscuit, our little Lassie mix. Now we’ve got Biscuit and Cocoa, and they look so real, always curled up and breathing softly. No mess to deal with, life is sweet with these perfect pets. Can’t wait for the day we add a little husky to the mix! Oh, and I almost forgot, my wife got them both some sparkly collars.

"Ginger Kitty"
We got ourselves a ginger breathing kitty, and let me tell ya, the service was super quick and helpful! The little furball is adorable, but I kinda wish it purred a bit more, and the breathing is pretty soft. Still, I really appreciated the great service. Thanks a bunch!

"Great Items and Service"
Not long ago, I bought a few items for the care facility where my folks live. The shipping was prompt, and all the products arrived as scheduled. I got this fantastic feedback from the activities director: "I just spoke with the Activity Team- they were thrilled with the scrapbooks- particularly the ones from the 1930s and 1950s- they’re super helpful for all the residents here!"

"Fast shipping and the item matches its description"
I got a 4 push button phone for my mother-in-law who has dementia. At first, it confused her a bit, but after I taped some easy-to-follow instructions on the cover that conceals the dial pad, she’s managing well. The earpiece volume is fantastic for her since she doesn’t like to use her hearing aids.

I'm really happy with the service I received. The product, a big LED display clock, had a crack on the screen. Swapping it out was a breeze, and they sent the new one within a day. The folks on the phone were super friendly and helpful.

"No response to my email about the issue"
I purchased a phone for my mom, who has mild cognitive issues. The ordering and delivery process was pretty straightforward, but when I set up the phone, I found that I couldn't lift three of the dial buttons to put in photos. Plus, there was a crackling sound during calls (never had that with her old phone). I reached out to this company more than two weeks ago detailing the issues and requesting a response - STILL NO REPLY!!! Customer service is a big fat '0'!

"Awesome present for my Grandad with dementia"
My Grandad suffers from vascular dementia, and he tends to fiddle with his clothes a lot, so this tactile apron turned out to be a fantastic gift. I was really pleased to find something unique that he can actually use. One thing I gotta point out, though, is that the apron is made from pretty thin material, which means wet food can seep through. For what I paid, I expected it to be made of sturdier fabric.

"AN EXCELLENT REMOTE FOR TV AND SKY BOX"
We got this remote for our Mom after her stroke. Nowadays, juggling a remote for the TV and another for the sky box can be super confusing. But discovering a remote that handles it all is just FANTASTIC. My Mom loves it and it really eases the stress of messing up.

"Fantastic remote control!"
I got the Flipper remote for my mom, who's in the early stages of dementia and was struggling with the TV and satellite.

Now, she can use it without any hassle and remembers which buttons to press on her own.

I was really happy to find this item since regular remotes can be pretty tricky.
